1. Operator and service

ZAGROS AUTO+ is owned and operated by Shwan Chawshin, an individual in the United Kingdom. Contact zagrosautoplus@gmail.com for support, privacy or account-deletion requests.

ZAGROS AUTO+ is a vehicle marketplace for Iraq/Kurdistan and, where configured, the UK market. Its nine sections cover buying/selling vehicles, showrooms, rentals, installment listings, buses, lorries/trucks, vehicle parts, mechanic services and recovery/towing. It also supports communications and eligible business, credit and promotion features. Availability varies by release, location and permissions.

ZAGROS AUTO+ acts as a marketplace/intermediary for vehicle sales, rentals and related services. We do not directly sell the vehicles or services advertised by third parties. The relevant seller or provider is responsible for its offer and the separate transaction. Recovery requests, offers and progress coordination do not make ZAGROS AUTO+ the provider of the advertised service. Installment listings do not by themselves make us a lender. No escrow, insurance or guaranteed transaction is promised.

2. Accounts and eligibility

ZAGROS AUTO+ is for users aged 18 or older. You must be at least 18 to register, use an account, publish listings or access business/provider features.

Give accurate information and use only accounts and sign-in methods you are authorized to control. Keep passwords and verification codes private and report suspected misuse. A person acting for a business must have authority to represent it.

Use the registration, verification and recovery methods available in your release. Apple, Google and Facebook sign-in also involves the provider's own terms. Linking an identity requires proof of control; an email match alone is insufficient. A provider button is not a guarantee that a service is enabled.

3. Listings, content and conduct

Submit accurate, lawful content you own or are authorized to use. Keep price, condition, availability, location and contact details current. Do not post fraudulent offers, stolen goods, unlawful services, abuse or another person's private information without authority.

Do not bypass security, impersonate others, misuse verification codes, manipulate credits/reviews, distribute malware, spam or collect user data for unrelated purposes. You permit us to host, format and display your content as needed to provide the listing or service you request. You retain ownership of your content.

Report suspected fraud, unlawful content or intellectual-property concerns through support, identifying the relevant listing and issue without disclosing passwords or OTPs.

4. Business access and transactions

First-time provider applications require administrative approval. Approved users access My Business through their customer account, with actions limited by permissions. Approval is not a general warranty or endorsement. Businesses remain responsible for accurate claims and required licences or qualifications.

Before transacting, verify the counterparty, authority, condition, price, payment and delivery/service arrangements. Do not rely solely on a listing or message when sending money. External messaging and payment services have their own terms. No escrow, insurance or guaranteed sale is promised by these terms.

5. Paid products, credits and refunds

Real customer payments are not currently active for the general public. A payment button or existing credit balance does not establish that checkout is available. Existing account, credit and transaction records and rights are preserved; this policy does not activate charging.

Refund, cancellation and credit requests are reviewed individually by Admin under the applicable terms and law. Contact zagrosautoplus@gmail.com with the relevant account or transaction reference and a description of the issue. There is no promise of automatic approval or automatic refund. Admin review does not remove, delay or override statutory consumer rights or a refund required by applicable law.

No new credit expiry, forfeiture, transfer, cash-redemption, automatic-renewal or blanket non-refundable rule is introduced. Existing credits and rights are not removed by this notice or by requesting deletion. Any future public paid product must disclose its price, currency, scope and applicable terms before payment is enabled. An administrative refund entry is not proof that funds have been returned.

6. Moderation and support

Content and business applications may be reviewed. Fraud, security incidents, unlawful content or misuse may require proportionate restrictions. Users should receive appropriate reasons and an opportunity to seek review, subject to lawful safety or investigation limits.

For support or review of an account, listing or business decision, contact zagrosautoplus@gmail.com with the relevant account/listing and a description of the issue. Privacy requests have separate legal protections described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Privacy and account deletion

Our policy is to delete your account and associated personal data after secure identity verification and confirmation of the request, except specific information we are legally required to retain. A business role, unused credit, unpaid amount or administrative review is not, by itself, a reason to retain your whole account indefinitely.

To request deletion, email zagrosautoplus@gmail.com. If an account-deletion option is available in your app, you can also use it to start a request. The Privacy Policy and Account Deletion page explain the scope and checks. Signing out, uninstalling, withdrawing a listing or disconnecting a provider does not by itself delete your account.

8. Responsibility and changes

Outages, maintenance and third-party networks can affect the service. Verify important transaction information directly. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer and data-protection rights.

These terms take effect on the date shown above. We will communicate material changes appropriately and obtain acceptance where required. Existing rights are not removed by publication. English, Kurdish Sorani and Arabic convey the same terms; no language is designated as overriding the others.
